Oh my gosh I love your channel.
way too much oil and you Never rinse pasta, as you need the starch to help everything stick together!- use less oil, never brown the garlic, and add some of the pasta water to the oil/garlic and parsley and then add the strained pasta. Before serving add parmesaan cheese.

Don't you toss the 9/10ths done pasta into the oil and water on the stove, heating, stirring, adding a bit more water so that it forms an emulsion? Another way of doing this? This is what I saw done in Italy.

why NOT to rinse the noodles in cold water? I seen a lot of top chefs do it to stop the cooking process and prevent stickiness of the noodles

Heeeeeey I tried different knives and even had my husband doing it. That lasted a short while. He ended up buying a chopper and it works WONDERRRRS. Happy chopping guys

This recipe can hold its own without cheese
I'm italian and making this dish you ALWAYS sauté the spaghetti in the pan!!!! Also this guy is using wayyyy too much oil – it will taste greasy and lose it's lightness. Tip – put some chili in the oil together with the garlic. Finally – NEVER put salt on your spaghetti… You boil it in very salty water so there shouldn't be any need for that.
