3 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless, grilled
6 fresh meduim tomatoes
2 tbsp Italian dressing
1tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 cup red wine
16 oz Penne Pasta
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

I've never done pasta like this. I normally boil pasta first but it sure does look delicious. So I'll give it a try. Looks like it'll soak up all those wonderful ingredients!
Plus there is no one set way to do pasta…. once it's cooked… ok by me!
