I just love to watch you cook. You make me smile. Iโm married to a first generation Italian from a small town in Campana. My mother in law is an amazing cook but is difficult to get her to teach us her recipes. She cooks many of the same things you do but your instructions are clear and easy to follow. Thank you ,too, to the person who is helping video. What a awesome gift to document your recipes so they will not be lost. Do you have a good recipe for pork roast with carrots and potatoes?
