Spinach Tortellini Soup with Italian Sausage + Mukbang (Eat With Me) (VIDEO)
This spinach tortellini soup recipe paired with Italian sausage is comfort food at it’s best. The soup has a creamy rich flavor from tomatoes, and it’s packed with spinach, cheese tortellini and Italian sausage. It’s such a good one pan dinner. Served best with garlic bread or toasted baguette.
INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 lbs Mild Italian sausage
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups cheese tortellini
3 cups spinach
