    Ho giusto un paio di zucche in dispensa..mi devo fare assolutamente…
    Ho letto i commenti prima…anche io sapevo bollire patate con buccia.. schiacciare da calde ma impastare da fredde..per mettere meno farina . .però mi sembra di capire che non noti tanta differenza dico bene?

    Ciao Benedetta condivido il tuo commento. Poi e chiaro che nn ce mai una ricetta a regola d'arte. Qsto e il bello di creare ricette e video. Infatti io lo conosco cosi anke da parte di nonna 😁 ke le patate nn vanno sbuciate. Credimi, ho provato anke io a farle ma tanto tempo fà, ma nn mi sn riusciti avvendo pelate le patate. Alla finfine ho fatto un torta di patate 😊 … cmq buonissima 😋

    Cara Benedetta a mio avviso le patate nn vanno sbuciate x fare i gnocchi, perche assorbano tanta acqua e ci vuole piu farina a l'impasto. Meglio fare bollire le patate con la buccia 😀 cmq brava 👍
