How to make Prawn Aglio e Olio (VIDEO)

    I make a bastardised version of this also but in addition to prawns, I also use chopped Chorizo instead of chili, I also infuse the oil with finely chopped roasted red peppers (pickled). Pecorino or Parmesan (must). Also black pepper. Not at all traditional "Aglio e Olio" but it kicks ass (and you can always have the ingredients at hand.) Why go traditional when you can make it it better (for yourself at least)? Takes the same amount of time to prep.

    I rlly don't want to be a hater and pick on ur recipe but I personally feel that it would be better if u sautéed the prawn with the garlic and added salt and pepper. Its just rlly odd that u cooked the prawns and garlic separately 😂

    I like this YouTuber, but it’s just WRONG to use an Italian description for your pasta dish – “Aglio e olio” means garlic and olive oil – if you’re going to put cheese with seafood!! No Italian puts cheese with seafood pasta. It is considered a sacrilege and I fully concur. Yuck! The guy should call it “My cheese and shrimp pasta. And BTW I know nothing about Italian food”.
