This is a lovely bread, with a chewy crust and a light and airy texture. Very tasty indeed, it is good for sandwiches, with soup or cheese etc.

    Hi Geoff it looks a great texture.. crispy crusty crust …I'm going to give this a go:-) tomorrow I have homemade lamb stew for supper as we are out all-day with the dog on Dartmoor . so this bread @ hot broth will be great to come home to . Have a great weekend 😘
