Baking at high heat is a far superior method to soaking the cutlets in hot oil bath. There are thousands of better Italian chicken cutlet recipes out there in YouTube land., people.
Respect your Nona, you narcissist! Watch how you speak to her! Replay this video and look at how you interact with her. She is what you will never be. Show some reverence for her time honored ways. It Really irks me when young things speak down to their grandparents in a subtle condescending manner as if they can do better, etc… Let Nona have the spotlight.
