can you please give the measurements in grams to, i'm from Europe and don't use cups and such…its really frustrating having to always improvise with recipes like this when you don't know the exact amount π

YUMMM!!! I love homemade Pizza, Your dough & sauce recipes look real close to mine. Back in my High School days some friends worked at Shakeys Pizza here in town, We hung out there every nite. Nothing like a good fresh free pizza & ice cold pops,
When the Manager was there I would give my one of my friends a ten dollar bill as payment & he would give me ten dollars back in change Lol. They had a Cool Sheriff on Fri & Sat nites on guard duty, After Shakeys closed for the nite he would get another deputy to to help block off Airline in intervals so we could drag race starting in front of Shakeys.
Can you cook this in a regular oven?

That pizza looks amazing! Awesome pizza oven. I use Italian 00 flour and find it better than bread flour, but bread flour is fantastic also.
