Hi Sruthi. What an awesomely great recipe demonstration. I love tiramisu and have a suggestion for a flavor that seems a little odd, but tastes just amazing. In Italy, limoncello may be added to the coffee soaking syrup. Yes I know what you are thinking, coffee and lemon?? or for an non alcohol version just add grated grated lemon zest of 1 whole lemon to the coffee whilst it is brewing. trust me it tastes incredible. I have even used digestive biscuits instead of sponge to make tiramisu and it tasted awesome. I would love to hear your thoughts. Kind regards, Michael.
