And if anyone is actually criticizing this recipe .. Italy is a big country each village and city makes their own style. This one has lemon zest and lemon jam so it's obvious this recipe comes from Amalfi Coast in Italy. Please educate yourselves before you wreck yourselves.

Bruno, youre a chef with a big C, but im italian and this is not a tiramisù. At least, not the original. italian one. Please dont call it tiramisù, call it "variant" or something like that. As you surely know, italian recipes can only be prepared in one way, and there is a reason for this. Its because theyre perfect lile this, refined in years.
