Tiramisu Recipe Demonstration – Joyofbaking.com (VIDEO)
Recipe here: http://www.joyofbaking.com/Tiramisu.html Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Tiramisu. Tiramisu means “pick me up” or “carry me up”, which probably refers to the jolt you get after eating espresso and alcohol laced ladyfingers. It is often called an ‘Italian Trifle” because, like any trifle, it has layers. In this case, ladyfingers (finger-shaped cookies) are layered with a custard that has been mixed with mascarpone cheese.

I think we're going to try this for Easter Sunday Dinner desert…looks great and being Italian, I'm sure it would be a hit! Thank you for the idea😊🍰⛪️
I don’t consume alcohol, so do you have any good substitutes for the alcohol.
Excellent presentation. Really decadent. Beautifully gone
This is really great…i will make it following her instead of making with raw eggs…love it

Just made this today and it turned out really delicious. Layered and topped with cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate on each layer to boost it up 😋😋. Thanks for sharing, Stephanie. Very good recipe and love the custard too 😘😘.
This is a very good way of serving and also recipe is slightly different and equally nice .
Hi, Joy, love your demos. Are you collecting dough boys? I know someone who is selling an extensive collection of them.
This is a nice interpretation Stephanie. I refuse to eat raw eggs, which is prevalent in the Tiramisu recipes. I will try this one.
Can i add brandy instead of rum?
Is it unsalted butter?
i forgot to cook eggs firsr😓😖
