I love this soup and really wanted to finish listening, the music in the background made me feel like you were trying to speak louder , over it. The acoustic, not so good. I even turn down my sound. Perhaps I will try another of you videos. This one just gave me a headache7 min in.

Joe – I didn't do the egg/cheese mix but I 1/2 the recipe and used collards (escarole didn't look too fresh at the grocers that day) and this was GREAT!!! Now added to my meal preps!
