Am I crazy or is he not giving any amount for ingredients except 2 egg yolk and 2 table spoons of sugar no idea how much other ingredients should be. Ridiculous!

Horrible method and recipe!!! This way is so wrong in so many ways! Never ever use Amaretto! Wrong taste for a PROPER tiramisu!

Raw eggs, amaretto liquor, useless resorting to both cream and white eggs…..this recipe is sheer crap which has nothing to do with tiramisù.

I think 150 grams of Mascarpone is too oily. but I followed the recipe to the letter and it came out so well
