My chicken parmesan recipe. My very tender and juicy low carb, keto friendly, version of an Italian favorite.

Ingredients:
• 4 – boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 8 slices – provolone cheese

• 1/2 Tbs – dried parsley
• Oil for frying
Marinade:
• 2 cups – almond milk
• 2 Tbs – apple cider vinegar

Breading:

• 1/2 cup – ground pork rinds

• 1/2 tsp – garlic powder

What a fantastic low carb brining solution for chicken. I love brining with poultry or meats. Tenderizes excellent. Excellent breading technique I will be definitely using next time I bread. I bet a green Verde Sauce would also be delicious. Would possibly give it a Hispanic Style dish. Could add Spanish Cauliflower Rice as bedding under chicken possibly. Love this wonderful recipe.
