Joel, looks great never have seen a recipe quite like that, it appears the bread was very fresh as it just flopped over when you cut the slices from the loaf and it was easy to press the edges which stayed together after you put in the ingredients. Was that a whole grain bread or is there a particular bread that tastes best with this recipe ?
