Beef lasagna recipe Bangla | Italian Pasta White sauce, Bolognese (VIDEO)
For meat (Bolongnese)sauce:
Ground meat 600 g
onion chopped – 1/4 cup
garlic minced – 1 tblsp
oil – 2 tsp
Canned chopped tomatoes 3 cups
salt to taste
fennel seed 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
dried oregano 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
For béchamel(white) sauce:
butter – 4 TBLSP
All-purpose flour – 3 TBLSP
milk – 3 CUPS
salt to taste
nutmeg powder – 1/8tsp
white pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
parmigiano reggiano 1/4 cup
for layers you need:
No-boil lasagna noodles
fresh mozzarella
parsley or basil leaves
