Antonio Carluccio Cooking Class – Gnocchi Genovese (VIDEO)
Antonio Carluccio was the patron of the 2014 Truffle Festival. He gave a cooking class at the Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa and here he shows the guests how simple it is to cook gnocchi genovese. This was a request from on of the guests, and as Antonio says, you could do the gnocchi with butter and shaved truffle.
