Maybe the foam is from the tap water. Reverse Osmosis is best for home cooking. Very important. Thank you for the great video!

Oh my sweet lord… I love you so much! I'm Asian, Scandinavian, and Italian, and even though Italian wedding soup isn't exactly "authentic", my entire family made it, and I've loved since I was a little girl. I haven't had it in a long time, but my mum was just saying about a month ago that she was craving some. I'm going to try to make this, and hopefully (fingers crossed) show her that vegan food can be good. She's been so resistant to me changing my lifestyle, but I was able to get her to taste my Boca burger at Red Robin last night, and she really liked it. I got it with caramelised onions, and it was soooo good! She actually said it tasted similarly to chicken, which I agreed with her. I'd never had Boca burgers before, so I was pleasantly surprised. I've had garden burgers before, and I like those too, but I prefer the Boca burger. Anyway, thank you so much for making this! I was thinking of starting a YouTube channel, or maybe a blog. What kind of camera do you use?

Yum! This looks delicious! I have a weird question! Do you think processing dried mushrooms into a powder would make a comparable mushroom powder to the one you buy? Or should I just go hunt down some mushroom powder at the store?
