Vegan "Tour of Italy" | Olive Garden Inspired | B Foreal (VIDEO)

So who’s familiar with Olive Garden’s “Tour of Italy??” This used to be my favorite dish began I adopted a vegan diet and I’m so glad I thought to remake it. Homemade Pasta Sauce:
2-28ox can crushed tomatoes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (can sub other plant milk but be mindful of taste)
1 cup mushrooms (diced)
1 yellow onion (diced)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
spinach (optional)
vegan mozzarella (optional)

Vegan Ricotta:
2 cups raw soaked cashews (soak overnight or at least 6 hours in hot water)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 cup cashew milk
salt
pepper
oregano
basil
garlic powder

Lasagna:
1 package whole grain lasagna noodles
1 package Lightlife beefless crumbles
Vegan Mozzarella cheese
Vegan Parm cheese

Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo:
1 cup raw soaked cashews (soak overnight or at least 6 hours in hot water)
3/4 cup cashew milk
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup onion
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbl nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
pinch of pepper

Vegan “Parm”
1 package Gardein Chick’n Scallopini
1 cup chick pea flour
2 tbl vegan egg
3/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
vegan mozzarealla cheese
vegan parm cheese
