E questi sono la rovina della cucina Italiana! Perfetti ignoranti che ingannano i clienti con piatti non autentici chiamandoli "italiani". Fettuccine all'Alfredo, carbonara, cacio e peoe, gricia, ragù genovese, bolognese, pesto genovese, sono quasi tutte ricette con ingredienti precisi, pesati e registrati presso la camera di commercio italiana, non si accettano pertanto variazioni e aggiunta di altri ingredienti. Sono piatti che hanno un marchio, quindi se fate le varianti NON CHIAMATELI COL LORO NOME. Al posto vostro mi vergognerei, fate fessi i clienti che non sono italiani. In italia quel piatto ve le tirerebbero in faccia! Ladri!

the traditional fettucunnie Alfredo was done with butter cheese and parsley on pasta …. made in france first for one of the french kings who enjoyed eating …. and basil is only used from sicily … the rest use parsley …. pre cooking the pasta and ice bathing it makes it rubbery … MAJOR FAIL ….. always cook pasta fresh and always flavour the water .as you cant add flavour after … only coat it ….. if you make your own pasta which takes about 30 minutes you can quick plate in the time it takes to cook the sauce … and flavour it ahead of time with things like garlic and parsley and basil and oregano … etc …. leave the dam soap of cilantro in the garbage … yes soap .. that is what it is used for making soap.

I'm italian and Fettucine Alfredo are a dish for tourists, it is not part of our tradition … however it is prepared in all the houses as a basic recipe for not dying of hunger =)
le fettuccine Alfredo da quanto ho capito non sono un piatto ammmaricano, la loro prima citazione avviene nel libro di cucina Libro de arte coquinaria (fonte wikipedia) , e la loro paternità sembra essere effettivamente romana (fonte gambero rosso), ora si può tranquillamente discutere se in Italia se magnao o no, se ci fanno schifo o no…..ma che sono ammmaricane.,……mi sa proprio no.., altra documentazione non ne ho trovata
