INGREDIENTS:

Base Cake:
4 eggs M
80 g sugar
70 g pastry flour
2 tsp baking powder ( 16 g)

Coffee syrup:
100 ml water
50 g sugar
50 ml coffee

Tiramisu cream:
200 g cream cheese, room temperature
200 ml whipping cream 35%
60 g powdered sugar
3 tsp instant coffee
