I tried this cappellacci recipe with a béchamel sauce, some sauteed chicken, cherry tomatoes, basil and chili flakes and it was absolutely amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Great recipe Gennaro, but when you check the fresh pasta, have everyone use like a surgical mask to blow air through, you do not have to strap it on your ears or anything, just something to block germs, lol, it is like a chef tasting for seasoning in a dish with the same spoon, i know you wash it off after every tasting, or i hope you do,lol
