1 tbsp butter
2 tsp garlic
1 small onion chopped
4 tbsp capsicum chopped
4 tbsp carrot chopped
3 tbsp boiled corns
4 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
2-3 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning/oregano
3 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for frying
