La carbonara romana è una delizia e un patrimonio della cultura culinaria del nostro paese; gli ingredienti della unica vera carbonara sono: guanciale, tuorli, pecorino romano, sale, pepe, spaghetti, acqua di cottura della pasta.

I think the people of Naples, were infected with a virus, and that virus told them to make Carbonara differently. They believe it's normal and right, so we must leave them alone and let them be happy to believe it's the right way. We will do it the traditional way, or this way, as we please.

Wow, that's the least authentic recipe for pasta Carbonara. Real pasta Carbonara doesn't use bacon, onions and especially cream.
