I use one tsp of sugar in that and handful of boiled corn…it tastes so good both with pasta n bread

while I cooked it was appropriately thickened lyk u but after I stored it was uneven tight and too much thicker….i did anything wrong while I cooked it…..n 1 more query that can i use mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar

Really appreciate this video. I watched several videos on youtube to try and arrive at a decent and clear recipe for a good cheese sauce. I liked this one the best and easiest to follow, so I tried making it myself and the sauce turned out well. I'm not a good cook at all, but a combination of this video plus cave aged Wookey hole cheddar helped to make something surprisingly good. Recommended. Thanks Chef
