Easy Hot Chocolate Recipe at home. In this video I show you how to make 2 versions! Made with real chocolate and cocoa powder these hot chocolates will be the best you’ll ever try!
Italian Hot Chocolate in grams and cups ( Makes 2 or 3( smaller) servings):
– 375 gr Milk (1 1/2 cups)
– 1 tbsp Cornstarch
– 100 gr Dark Chocolate ( 3.5 ounces)
– 30 gr Sugar ( 2 1/2 tbsp)
– 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
– Pinch of Salt
American in grams and cups ( Makes 2 or 3( smaller) servings):
– 375 gr Milk (1 1/2 cups)
– 50 gr Dark Chocolate ( 2 ounces)
– 30 gr Sugar (2 1/2 tbsp)
– 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
– Pinch of Salt

Tried the American version. Yho! Out of this world. Deep depth of flavor and i guess the cocoa and chocolate i used didn't help. No good for the waistline but definitely great for the soul.

Italian hot chocolate is extremely good but you can litterally microwave some milk and put cocoa in it to make american hot chocolate.
