I hope you say Gnocchi correctly now. It's not knock key. It's yknow key… that still isn't a correct way to explain the proper pronunciation but it's still more accurate. It's very close the "ñ" sound in Spanish.

Nice job but NEVER heard my Italian Grandmother prononounce the "G" in Gnocchi. In Northern NJ all the Paisono's pronounce it "know-key"
Why is it good to add vodka to sauce? is it what you've talked about in past video's, something about the alcohol changing the molecules?(don't remember how to put it).
How do you choose to clean your counter before you use it like this? vinegar?

I used to make cavetelli,ravioli,fresh pasta for a family of 10. My grandparents were from Naples. My grandmother taught me to cook. Love watching your videos! At 11, I was cooking Sunday dinner,sauce,meatballs,and whichever was the pasta choice. All homemade… Now,dinner guests feel like they are eating in a fancy restaurant. Lol, lattes,biscotti,pizelle,all the 'in' Italian foods and beverages were what I grew up with! Love the music! My grandmother always had someone on.

ive noticed that all the shredded parmesan cheese in my deli contains cellulose does this affect the flavor and should I avoid this and buy fresh non grated . thanks
