Here is something that bothers me on many cooking videos…. "one full egg plus one egg yolk" (not even mentioning I dislike wasting egg whites)…. Eggs come in many sizes. small. medium, large, extra large, jumbo. Would be nice to know which eggs you used which would help to know whether or not to use more or less flour so as not to waste any.
