   The authentic alfredo without cream is top notch, however you have to use quite a bit of parmigiano reggiano (and not generic parm), which makes it more expensive.

    A quick homemade alfredo sauce is where it's at!!! Store bought is super gross to me. Once u do it yourself, u will notice the difference. Love this, looks delish!!!

    I've never used straight parmesan, I normally use romano mixed with parmesan… When I'm making cajun alfredo I use parmesan, Romano, Asiago, and a small bit of mozzarella…
