    The only ingredient I don't ever use in my cooking is Alcohol. Maybe K can make this dessert without it if it doesn't bother.

    If I might make so bold as to make a suggestion, maybe just dip one ladyfinger at a time and place it where it needs to go. If you leave it in the espresso too long, it will break.

    That chocolate layer looks divine! Like you, I like my desserts not so sweet. I personally would not recommend that people use Philadelphia cream cheese. If you can't get mascarpone cheese, make something else.

    This is not an absolutely classic Italian tiramisu (I was taught to cook by an Italian executive chef, and I know). I knew how to make tiramisu before it was trendy, as in I learned in the 70s. Nevertheless, I could very easily be talked into making this recipe. You sold me with that chocolate layer!

    If I make that, I Will have to leave the alcohol out because I'm not a fan of that and I'll just use espresso.
