Frankly, this panna cotta is a delight!
Ingredients (6 servings):
-330 ml heavy cream
-100 ml milk
-60 g brown sugar
-2 g of agar agar or 4 g of gelatin
-1 tbsp soluble coffee (Nescafé type)
-chocolate or whipped cream to decorate (optional)
