Do you run into any issues with the zucchini releasing too much water during baking? Do you need to sweat the zucchini slices at all before they go into the layers of the lasagna?

Not a zucchini fan, or a vegetarian type person (sorry, I love meat)….but I would eat that. Hell, you make everything look good
