I wouldn't say these are Italian (mustard and Tabasco? Only thing Italian in there was the Oregano), but that doesn't mean I wouldn't want to try them. They sure did look good! I'll add it to my list of things to try 🙂

Sorry, the sauce was so thin it was barely there and the meatballs had no "browning" on them at all from the poaching in the sauce. This will not be my model recipe.
