Spaghetti aglio e olio is a traditional Italian pasta dish. It is the simplest and most basic of all pasta. So watch and learn how to make Spaghetti aglio E olio at home with chef Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food.
Ingredients
3-4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of pine nuts
8 sliced button mushrooms
retained pasta water
1 tsp of chilli flakes
150 gms of boiled spaghetti
salt to taste
2 tbsp of parsley
crushed black pepper
few shavings of Parmesan cheese
Method
– Heat olive oil in a pan for 10 seconds
– Add sliced garlic and mix it properly and let it cook on low flame.
– Add pine nuts before the garlic turns brown
– Add sliced mushrooms and let them cook for 2 minutes
– Add pasta water, chilli flakes and give it stir
– Add the boiled spaghetti and salt to taste and toss the spaghetti in the garlic oil.
– Turn off the flame and add finely chopped parsley, crushed black pepper and toss it well
– Spaghetti Aglio E Olio is ready to be served.
– Grate some Parmesan cheese over the Spaghetti Aglio E Olio.
Ruchi, Please don't mind this not italian recipe. Pasta Aglio E Olio makes with Olive Oil, Garlic , crushed Black pepper , salt and pasta only .Finally sprinkle some parmesan cheese as per consumer and chopped parsley. Thats it.

Spaghetti aglio e olio (pronounced [spaˈɡetti ˈaʎʎo e ˈɔːljo]; "spaghetti with garlic and oil" in Italian) is a traditional Italian pasta dish coming from Naples.
The dish is made by lightly sauteeing sliced, minced, or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chili flakes, and tossing with spaghetti. Finely chopped parsley can also be added as a garnish, along with grated pecorino cheese, although according to some traditional recipes, cheese should not be added.

I thought there was too much oil as the pasta looked quite sloppy when tossing and I suggest show the original recipe as is if you claim the recipe to be such. I always enjoy watching your videos rajshri👍

spaghetti aglio e olio requires spaghetti+ oil+ garlic which this recipe clearly has. All you butthurt italians, go away. Don't watch an indian channel which tweaks it's recipe to suit the italian palate 🙂
