Recipe :

Penne Pasta – Boiled
Veggies of your choice – Baby Corn , Bell Peppers , Mushrooms , Carrot
1 Onion finally chopped + 10-12 Garlic Pods Crushed
Tomato Puree ( 5-6 Tomatoes)
Italian Seasoning , Basil Leaves , Chilli Flakes , Black Pepper
Grated Cheese.

– Saute Onions , garlic for 5 min in olive oil
– Add Veggies and let them cook for 6-7 min till little soft
– Add Tomato Puree ( 5-6 Tomatoes)
– Cook for 8-10 min
– Add all seasoning ingredients
– Add black Pepper
– Mixed Boiled Pasta
– Add Grated Cheese and serve hot
