This reminds me of my favorite place to eat in Rome! The restaurant called Carbonara in the Campo de Fiori.
This is exactly how I make mine , but sometimes I get too anxious and add my eggs too soon , it doesn’t always look perfecto but it tastes sooo GOOD 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

you would be surprised by the excellent quality of Spanish products … that are not advertised with as much marketing as other mediocre products … the market has mediocre products very well publicized and excellent products without marketing … that is the difference between Spain e italia .. the Spanish product is excellent, and exceeds in quality a lot of mediocre Italian product but very well publicized … we all know the art of the lie that has italy … even though tb has quality products .. .. I just do not pose something: take a walk through Spain without prejudice and without the classic and unfounded fear and rancor of the British mind towards Spanish and maybe you will discover many lies towards Spain and many truths hidden by British interests! .looks are deceiving!
