Here’s a simple demonstration on how to make fresh pasta dough using the “well” method. There’s just a few ingredients and you don’t need any special equipment. After mixing the dough, let it rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator prior to rolling it out.
Can you start that into a bowl then put it down on a flourd board to knead also.? THANKS FOR SHARING ETC

I use 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour And 1 Cup of Semolina Flour & 2 Eggs & a tsp of Olive Oil, when hand mixing my Pasta Dough I start it in a Bowl, First, Then on to the work surface to Knead it Less messy this way etc Thanks for sharing etc.

How many eggs and flour? I remember when small my babysitter made pasta and I sort of knew but not tht well and she rolled it out like pie dough and left it all day to dry on a towel on the beds. Then she got them off beds in order to get ready for Supper before the family came, and rolled it up ( Like a cigar but much longer) and then cut it right on down through width wise, Opened each one up, and placed into boiling water with some salt in She used lot of egg and flour though as she seemed to make more and that is most likely why. She did it like it as easy as she could make the sauce while the dough was resting, on the beds, on a towel.
So this way is really new to me to see. Quite interesting and does not take as long to rest in Refrig. We loved her Spaghetti.
Need to try this way and am sure it will be very special too.
Oil doesnt realy do anything, although it is quite a common missconception
13, 9:54 pm on a Saturday night. I'm totally gonna use this for next time I cook spaghetti because I've been noticing that my spaghetti has been fat sing a bit bland. Also gonna figure out some nice spaghetti seasonings

U don't need to knead it for 5 min, mix it up let it rest for 10 min and not in the fridge, I come from a long line of pasta makers, I've been making pasta almost 50 years
