This is the way I was taught to make spaghetti and it is delicious. Now I do like having virgin spaghetti on my plate and pouring sauce over my spaghetti. I think I got tired of the sauce being soaked up by the noodles and wanted it more saucier. Either way is a beautiful experience and Gina does it the way my grandma cooked for us… and it was delicious.
I love your videos,I put sugar in my spaghetti as well it really makes a different, Keep on doing your thang and I am going to keep watching

This is very similar to my own recipe, but I add more ingredients like tomato paste and whole plum tomatoes. I also add my vegies to the ground beef so they soften but still add flavor to the meat and sauce.
Iβm surprised π² at how long you cooked the sauce. I am trying that!

Gina I am Italian and I love pasta, you did a great job with the sauce it looks so yummy. I never use pasta sauce I use tomatoes cooked down our tomato sauce. Can I ask where you got the metal pan you cooked the sauce in, I absolutely love it.
