Italian Grandma Makes Tiramisu (VIDEO)
TIRAMISU
6 extra large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Kahlua Liqueur (for cream mixture)
2 lbs Mascarpone Cheese
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 ½ cups (20 oz) Espresso Coffee
2 Tbsp Kahlua Liqueur (for coffee mixture)
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 pkg Lady Finger Cookies
Sprinkle top of cake with sifted Cocoa Powder
*Leave in refrigerator 2-3 days before serving*

Gina: I made this this weekend. Followed you step by step. Except I saw you use two containers of mascarpone cheese. I used two as well but they were only 1/2 pound containers. Came out great all the same. I didn't relies my mistake till latter. Wonderful! Thank you so much. My family enjoyed it. I even sang a bit while making it.

Gina, I feel like you are my friend. You are so personable and genuine. I’ve got to learn to sing like you. I watched the whole thing even though I can’t eat the tiramisu. I wonder if you’d give an exercise class in Italian then maybe I can work it off and make it with soy cream cheese and decaf coffee. Sounds awful, doesn’t it? Love you and your son-in-law’s surgery goes well.

My grandma was an Italian born in America, so she didn't have an accent like this dear woman, but oh, this was wonderful to watch.
Thank you so much for sharing Gina and her wonderful talents. I think we all wish we had such a fabulous grandma to cook for us. My grandfather (who died when I was a baby) came from northern Italy, so I imagine that his family had a wonderful woman at the center of it like Gina. God bless.❤️
