Dough:
2 lbs. All Purpose Flour (sifted)
10 extra large Eggs
1 Tbsp Salt
½ cup Sugar
Filling:
3 lbs. Fresh Basket Cheese
2 lbs. Whole Milk Ricotta
2 cups cooked Rice (Carolina)
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Sugar
6 extra large Eggs
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Glaze:
2 Egg Yokes
1 tsp Sugar

ciao Gina ottimo italiano appannato, mia nona Maria ad una simile ma il ripieno era spinaci con cipolla e aglio con salsiccia di carne, l'impasto di lievito e pasta lavorata tipo con olio d'oliva. Li ho sfornati ed erano molto buoni da mangiare caldi o freddi. Continua a cucinare Gina mi ricorda la mia nona ei suoi deliziosi piatti siciliani, i baci di Jose dell'Argentina
