I have few suggestions which can reduce your work load as well as wastage of materials with good test.
First step.
You visit site
Primitive technology, traditional machine for grinding rice. kihla.
You make this machine but put one industrial tap for removal of pests and make it bit hollow so that tomato water will remain inside .
Any wood carpenter can help you to make this machine. This is soft crushing machine, Seeds and skin of tomato will not be crushed in crushing process.
First step
You crush the whole tomato.
If you want use screen printing clothing for separating water or use very fine sheave. Keep this tomato water separately.
Second step.
You proces it using your method to separate skin , seeds and pulp.
Third step.
You add your spices and cook don't add salt. Salt will make the juice more liquid. We will add after few steps .
Using this method you have less materials and pure pulp to cook , you also save your spices and electricity for cooking as well as time for cooking .
Fourth step
Now you pass it through fine sheave to drain water over night. This is very important step. You can squeeze the water. Visit hotel utensil shop. Buy the salad water remover. Use it to separate the water.
Another method ,
You hang it as cheesemaker drains the water. Collect all tomato water in pot.
Sixth steps.
Now you have very dry paste of tomato for drying. You need less table .
Seventh step.
Very very important step.
Collect all tomato water add salt.
This water have all vitamins and minerals. Put it on fire for boiling by boiling water reduce the volume of liquid to 1/3 .
Next day mix this tomato liquid your tomato paste . This method will enhance test.
Eight step.
check the salt and sun dry the paste .
Nine step.
Make biogas system, because you have lots of garbage free of cost .

Today I have another suggestion for you.
First step.
Use fresh tomatoes, don't keep it for two days, use it as early as possible. When you keep tomato it releases the more water and become soft , which is not good for processing tomatoes.
Second step
crush it using machine explain above.
Third step.
When you will keep crushd tomato for few hours. The water and pulp will separate automatically. Remove pulp using shiive type spoon ,add spices. Don't pass it
throughout any machine for separating skin or seeds. Cover the pot while cooking pulp. Cook it on very slow temperature for longer periods. Test it you will know pulp is cooked. Cooking on slow temperature will make pulp very testy because all spices will be absorbed by tomatoes paste.
The seeds and skin will be softened and well dissolved in pulp, giving smooth textures to pulp.
Fourth step
Boil the tomato water in separate containers add salt in tomato water not in pulp. While boiling stir the tomatoes liquid for fast evaporation. Reduce the quantity by 1/6. This step you will know by experience.
Fifth step.
Mix everything together, final product should be thick semi solid paste. Now you sun dry it.

I am giving one recipe for making Tomato jam.
First step crush the tomato.
Second step
After few hour the water will separate from tomato.
Separate the pulp and water and cook separately.
Third step.
Take one frying pan add some vegetable oil ,grilled some cumin seed, bay leaves, red chili,
cloves, cinnamon andcardamon. You take measurement of spices as per as your need. No garlic.
Fourth step.
Add all grilled spices in boiling tomatoes water.
Add sugar and salt in boiling water as per as your need.
After nice boiling filter the water in tomato pulp. Cook the jam , up to desired thickness.
Cool it and pack in jar.
This jam is bit spicy, bit salty, bit sweet.
