How To Make The Best Italian Meatballs – Bobby’s Kitchen Basics (VIDEO)
This is the second installment of my kitchen basics series, and I am sharing my best ever homemade Italian meatball recipe. These meatballs are juicy, light, and the flavor is off the charts. It’s all about using the 3 different meats for this meatball recipe and soaking some bread in milk to help lighten the meatball texture. I like to sear these these homemade meatballs in a hot pan to help form a tasty crust before finishing them in some homemade marinara sauce. 10 grams of net carbs(12 total carbs)

Oh berother!!!! Do they look good. I never thought to sautee carrot and celery as a base for my sauce. I sautee garlic in olive oil with a pat of butter. I add some of my Rao's and let it bubble a bit then I add diced tomato that I put through the sieve. This way I don't need to add sugar because I've strained out the skins. Mine is zesty but not hot, a nice sunny and rich tomato flavor. I'd like to try the carrot celery thing though! Thank you for posting.

I made these tonight…in fcat i'm eating 4 of them right now with a pile of Gluten free pasta, slice of bread, and some broccoli …all I can say is anyone here who is thinking of trying this recipe just DO IT!!!!! they are awesome!!!!!
