The soup is made of scratch, not the tortellini.. Otherwise it would stand in the uppertitle, isnt it? 🙂
to remove the tomato skin either blanch them for a minute in boiling water or if you have a gas stove stick a fork in the stem end of the tomato and hold it over a high flame turning it continually until the skin blisters all over making it easy to pull off. easier than using a peeler.
