How to make Italian Focaccia Bread – TheCoolKitchen (VIDEO)
For some reason this video turned out quite long, which doesn’t mean that it’s a complicated recipe. Focaccia is a surprisingly easy bread to make and we hope you enjoy this video even though it’s a bit longer. Then again, I guess that’s why they call it Slow Food!
Ingredients:
800 g Strong White Flour
200 g Semolina
650 ml lukewarm water
1 Tbsp Salt
Olive Oil
Rosemary
Thanks for sharing. I loved your response eating the finished product. Would love to work in a kitchen with you.
What about Yeast
What is wrong with the sound
that looked great but it would have been nice to see you cut into the bread so we could see the texture. You really know how to enjoy your food don't ya:)

Hi Hendrik
Thank you for your reply. Will try to do without sugar. Â Can I assume that I can leave out sugar for other bread recipes too? Â I am a beginner.
Hi Hendrik
I notice you leave out sugar in your recipe. Â I am using instant yeast. Do I need to add sugar and how much should I add? Is there any advantage of not adding sugar? Â Please advise. Â Thank you.
Do yo know the name of the music at the begining of the video? Please
I made a test batch the other day. It is awesome. Taking a batch to a birthday party tonight ! Thanks Hendrik for another great recipe

Could you do this but replace white flour with white spelt?
Es macht voll Spaß dir zuzugucken… ein bisschen wie Bob Ross mit Brotteig 😀 Danke für's Hochladen!
You neeed to add more water to get a much lighter crumb
