OK. So where is the rolling out and cutting of the pasta. What do you do with it if you aren’t going to cook it right away? This ended way too soon.
Awesome man
Why are you making kneading look so hard..
We Italians don't make food, We make love to it and turn it into something special. Tell em Joe. Haha 😂
My mom and Dad did to!! ..we ate everything home made..padta ..Bread..gravy..all of it!!..we miss her cooking…..alot…and her more!

Speed on 1.25
thank you I enjoyed very much your video on making fresh pasta.
Great philosophies, both in cooking and music, the Tony Bennett comment alone is worth a sub. (I also taste my pasta dough)
Nice video but mine is better 😉
How long should I cook the pasta for?
Why does everyone want to add music in their videos? Too hard to listen to both. Sorry
Hey there Joe!! HOW YOU DOOOIN?? LOL DJ here in good 'ole Wisconsin. Just made a batch of your pasta. Awsome!! The olive oil flavor really comes on very nicely. Cant wait for the sauce to finish and eat. Thanks for all of your shared knowledge and yes, now I will go to Amazon and buy your Olive Oil. Chow!!
Joe can I use coconut oil instead? I’m trying to balance what I eat. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and I love pasta And would love to be able to make it and have it from time to time but I’m told can’t have a lot of what makes food taste amazing lol. I found a gluten free all purpose flour but not sure if the oil I use makes a big difference.
Why can't you do it in a lg bowl instead of the counter?
joe go ahead and use a food processor. if they want you to mess up that beautiful countertop …make them come over and clean it up….
A punch of salt hahaha
