Wanna know how to improve that? Add just a bit of fresh lemon juice in the bowl, just before the parmesan cheese. It may sound strange, but a bit of acidity is just the thing to make these flavors explode.
Horrible ignorant voice terrible
When I was stationed in Italy I loved the (forgive any misspelling) spaghetti carbonara and others with clams and another conna uova (eggs). Please make these. Thx
CAN YOU SAY STROKE !!!!
I’m a huge fan. I bought two big bottles of your olive oil for me and my BFF. I love it. I’m thinking of ordering six more bottles as Christmas gifts for my staff. Can I request a card for every bottle so they can get more when they run out?
I wonder about frying it harder in a standard 8-10" cast iron skillet to make a "crust" for a frittata or something like a "deep dish" pizza?
I'd like a little diced fried pancetta. Yum!

I grew up eating this and still eat it today. My kids claim they don't like olive oil and garlic but they eat this up every time I make it!
Questo non è cibo italiano mi sento offeso
Joe, thanks so much for your excellent teaching videos. I have been learning so much from you.
Very nice vídeo👍👍👍like
Great tip loved the video. Thanks for posting. I subbed your channel and gave you a thumbs up. I got to watch that meatball video as soon as I have time.
I've done this before just on a whim. Must the Italian in me.
looks awesome….Joe can you do a shrimp scampi dish?..I really love it and want to see you make it the right way…thank you
The oil is good.
where are the recipe
I saw a recipe using a black steel saute pan and the pasta browned like a crust on both sides. Is that a variation? I appreciate this recipe, because, I always make too much pasta.
Love the recipe's! Used your meatball recipe today. Well, actually I tweaked it into a Low Carb/Keto recipe. You wouldn't believe what I used as a substitute for breadcrumbs. Do you happen to be from anywhere in the Midwest? I grew up in St. Louis and every time you say phenomenal, it reminds me of home.
