Ingredients:
Macaron-
-200g Ground Almonds
-200g Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
-200g Caster Sugar
-150g Egg Whites
-50g Water
-50g 100% Cocoa Solids Chocolate, melted
-1/2tsp Brown Food Colouring
Ganache-
-250g Whipping Cream
-300g Dark / Semi Sweet chocolate
-50g Unsalted Softened butter
