Is it just me or did the lighting change?
Υοu can reduce the eggs by adding milk.Whisk them vigorously (or with handmixer for 30sec) to make the fittata fluffier.And you don't need to turn the oven on, just put a lid on the skillet.
Eyeing those knifes in the background. They probably won't but I worry that they may fall off.Â
