No pleaseeee I can’t see that! The tomatoes are over cooked, the Basil is added fresh after, you first sauté lightly the Garlic and in that recipe you don’t add Chilly ( btw even if you do you add them later… when the garlic is almost done…) , no Parmesan ( it kills the flavor of the fresh Tomatoes but here they’re over cooked anyway! Tagliolini? They weren’t! The real tagliolino comes from Piedmont, it is made only with the “ red “ part of the eggs …. and they’re much thinner! Surely it is “ eatable “… and maybe not even that bad. But it is not real Italian cooking! Italian/American….. and pleaseeeee , be easy on the Oil…..

I so want a Terrace like that. As german its so frustrating to be completely cut off of any nice view or really special piece of land. My wife and I plan to move to south france just because we are sick of the german weather and winter.

Followed this recipe and added more tomatoes than needed but the pasta came up with less sauce than i am used to. Used to seeing this style of pasta to be drenched in tomato sauce so i was wondering if anything went wrong? please and thank you 😀
